Maybe he or she can get Orly Taitz to serve as plaintiff's counsel.

Do you presume that you have the power to speed because you were once ticketed for it? Are you seeking to sneak yet another fallacy of equivocation into the proceedings?

Roy, I love you man... but you are talking about LIBERALS who view the constitution as a road block....

The only thing liberals use the constitution for is to prove they can get abortions or so gay people can marry.

Prior to May 1901, one indeed have the power to speed. But there is a difference between a right, and a privlidge, and state laws on speeding and federal.

Also if I recall, there was a successful challenge to the Federal laws limiting speeding..

What would that case be? What constitutional rights are violated by this mandate that aren't violated by other mandates? Auto insurance is relevant because it illustrates that no rights are violated by mandatory insurance. It doesn't matter that you choose to drive a car. You don't waive any rights in buying auto insurance.

Funny. The Republicans bla bla blaing about how "unconstitutional" this is, but I have not heard of ANYBODY who said they will challenge it in court. Nobody. Wondering why

You have that right!
This is most representative of the radical left. They try and complicate things unnecessarily in speech believing if they say it loud and long enough they will draw a crowd. The problem is once you navigate the fog you find just empty space. Can you say... Obamanite?

Maybe they can't find the "just 'cause you're breathing" clause.
