"The leader of a group which plotted to blow up the Sears Tower in Chicago has been sentenced to
13-and-a-half years in prison. Narseal Batiste, 35, also planned to bomb FBI offices, along with four other men who have already been jailed."

The prosecutors sought 70 years...he got 13.5. Defense lawyers said the arrests were an "over-reaction."
At the sentencing of Batiste's followers, the judge said this:
"Maybe it was their naivete and youth that made them fall under the influence of a man with a need to control, and they became his followers."
She gave them 7 - 9 years and who knows when they'll be out for good behavior.
