I agree. Things don't look too good, in spite of what the "experts" tell us.

Alot of that stuff is true but we have been through worse times before and there was no armed rebellion. Just voter rebellion which produced some of the greatest leaders in our history that brought us out of the dooldrums. After the disasterous years of Jimmy Carter, Reagan was able to reverse it. After the horrible years of Hoover, FDR was able to reverse it. We will come out of this too. Maybe under this President, maybe under another. But we will prevail. We always do.

I watched this on TV today. Do you think that the 2 richest people in America would be investing billions of their own dollars in the future of this country if they thought our goose was cooked for good?

my happy place lies within my 2nd lover mary jane
she's my main thing
she makes me feel alright
she makes my heart sing
and when i'm feeling low
she comes as no surprise

I guess everyone must have something to worry about, and people go way overboard.

It just reminds me of the people glued to their TV's about all the terror around world after 9/11...some people there 3 years, with no relations closer then 1,000 miles from NY, constantly obsessing and rehashing everything and worrying themselves to death. Some people get stuck at a point of great stress, and going over doom and gloom constantly just keeps people in the past.

That is so sweet! If my boyfriend wrote that for me, I would always say yes! (Actually, I hardly ever say no ) See, if everyone did that, I really think there would be less fighting in the world.
