Will it ever end? I am seriously starting to believe that the Democratic Party is becoming and enemy of the people.

Quote:
By THE WASHINGTON TIMES

Not content to have the government control the very air we exhale, some liberal members of Congress want to regulate every drop of water in the country and the land on which it sits. If they get their wish, the government would exercise dominion over land, air and sea to an extent never before seen.

They want the federal government to control and manage:

K-12 educations
All college tuition loans
Health care
Insurance companies
The automotive companies
All executive pay and compensation
Banks
All home loans
The very air we breath

And now they want to control all bodies of water, ponds, swamps, marshes, and pretty much anything with bubbles.

Isn't it amazing that the removal of one teeny, tiny word like "navigable" can make all water bodies in the US comply with EPA regulations and be subject to inspection, fines, etc by both the EPA and/or the Corps of Engineers ?

Amazing what the removal of one little word can do. What do you think they would possibly want to do ? They don't have enough people to inspect every farm pond or drainage ditch or wetland area.

I got it. We, the citizens, will promote the same "TRANSPARENCY" that our government practices and in good faith will fill in forms and send them into the EPA. "Trust us..our ponds are clean".

And who do we have to thank ? Why Rep. James Oberstar, Minnesota Democrat and chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee

Trust Lisa Jackson, the EPA is regulating the waters in the San Joaquin Valley, and only the bread basket of America is drying up.
