OUCH!! 44% would rather have the guy responsible for everything wrong in the world Today instead of The First Black President....thats gotta sting...........Bush closes the gap - Ben Smith - POLITICO.com
I know because Bush was only elected on a minority in the first place that this seems relevant, but last time I checked, 44% is still a minority of the population.
Lets see 50% for Obama and 44% for Bush that would equal 94% of American's that are gluttons for punishment.Wonder what the % is of people that like to be whipped?
Dont get to carried away with yourself, half of that 56% are hard core liberals who's only question is do they have a D or an R behind their name, the rest are the pendulum swingers who thought it would really be nifty to say they voted for the first black guy , and he made them feel all dreamy and warm inside. If I was you I would count on those guys after their pants dry.
Bush was an awesome president. The libs can bash him all they want, he was a man of good intentions, a positive attitude, and genuine kindness to those who seek freedom around the world. In fact, if it weren't for the war efforts, we probably would have had a $0-deficit or a surplus at the end of his 2 terms. However, war was needed and he pursued it to the best of his ability... albeit with bad intelligence.
True, he may not have had the best presidency ever, but one thing we could always depend on during his two terms... he had genuinely good intentions to promote freedom worldwide, and that I respect.
Obama is your typical intellectual stiff. No personality whatsoever, boring, weak-minded, and inexperienced. blah...
