And for some people, it is not a preference. I do not remember ever making a conscious decision to be straight just like my good gay friends did not make a conscious decision to be gay.
Look at Lady Gagme, and Froggie; both women who say that they occasionally mess around with other women; they choose to sometimes be homosexual. Sometimes they prefer men, sometimes women, maybe sometimes feet; who knows?

I'm in total agreement with you, Huck! Until we properly address the fact that countries such as India and China are outperforming our kids in math and science, we really cannot afford to continually add on more curriculum that will not help our country compete in the global economy.

Only if they don't show pictures of dirty feet or feet with gnarly, fungused up nails.

So now Hollywood or the "liberal" celebrities have something to say has some meaning to you? Or when some "source" tells a tabloid that Angelina Jolie hates Obama because he is a "socialist". Unbelievable.

Just because they choose to mess around with women or men DOES NOT mean ALL gays and lesbians CHOOSE to do it.

Can you chose to be homosexual? I can't. I am straight. I understand some people cannot help if they are gay. Can you?

Before anyone says anything, I am straight and I am against teaching homosexuality in schools until they are in the late junior high school years. I do not even support them talking about various sexual methods or whatever other people think they are teaching. I think going over it VERY VERY briefly is sufficient enough. Nothing that would involve graphic description of what they do, you know?
Well then I think we are basically in agreement, because that is about the time many schools begin sex ed. Now I can go to bed, I have come to a point where I agree with someone, better leave while I'm ahead.

I am sure many of us are in agreement.

I do not think it should be avoided all together. Just touched on briefly. (No pun intended)

Who said that?

No, I can't choose to be gay, I find homosexuality to be utterly disgusting; looking at myself naked is gross enough; looking at another dude naked would probably make me puke in my mouth a little.

You make it seem like gays and lesbians choose to be gay. That is what I am getting at there. In reality, they do not. The ones who are kissing people of the same gender are either do it for attention or may be confused about their feelings.

Just because it grosses you out and is not normal for you does not mean everyone else should live by your standards, you know? Maybe marrying out the race may disgust me (it does not) but what does my beliefs have to do with who you marry?

These sound like the ramblings of someone who hasn't matured past junior high school. This thread only corroborates that perception.

How cute.
