Just to add to the point city person and myself made earlier. According to the ACU, Castle has the lowest lifetime conservative rating of ANY Republican currently in the House, and the only recent Republicans who have had lower are Shays CT-4, Leach IA-2, Boehlert NY-24. Btw, Kirk has the second lowest of any Republican in the House, though he has started to move to his right.
