Actually, most countries around the world respected GW Bush far more than they do Obama for his willingness to do what was right and to stand up for the USA... not apologize for what we did, thus making us look like a push-over country.
Bush was a humanitarian and a true American with genuine intentions to promote freedom.

Obama is a liar...he knew the 3rd world countries didn't want to vote "and they didnt... thats why there was no agreement".....but yet he went up there after knowing thier stance and still said there was going to be an agreement...those are facts ...not opinion
