William Jefferson? Why? He is not in congress anymore and to the best of my knowledge has not been involved with anything major in DC after he lost his bid for re-election in 2008.

Yes, corruption is a partisan issue, cause all Democrats are angels, all Republicans, the devil! Did you even read the article, or were you merely trying to be cute in your partisanship?
We have a horribly corrupt system at all levels of government, fostering the "our side is good, your side is bad" argument merely furthers the corruption because people cannot seem to look past the (D) or (R) next to someones name and elect people based only on that, regardless of their history and the trends it may show.
This is a partisan list. I love how there is only one Republican and President Obama is on there.
