They are upset if he is on tv "too much", they are upset if he isn't on tv "quick enough", they are upset if he is on tv and doesn't speak they way they would like....they are always upset. Just look around at the pinheads here, same ole same ole.

You just pointed out what group of lawyers uses the term most often and we all know why that is. If most of them are from Harvard then maybe the word does belong to Harvard and its grads. However, I think the word is very much one that belongs to defense lawyers and that Obama does overuse it. How many witnesses would be needed to get that word out of his talking points?

This is why Fox "News" is such a joke. EVERY journalist or news commentator should KNOW that it is STANDARD practice to ALWAYS use "alleged" or "allegedly" in relation to ALLEGED criminal activity UNTIL THERE IS A CONVICTION.

If FOX "NEWS" isn't using "alleged" and "allegedly" themselves, then they are violating journalistic integrity.

Oh wait, I used "integrity" and "Fox News" in the same sentence. That was my problem right there.

I tried to rep you for that post and wasn't allowed to do it.

I will just say that they must be the only educated people since they do consider themselves to be the elite.

It would be very nice for us to get by any more alleged incidents that so many people witnessed. I say it is very nice that those people are still walking around to tell about their alleged incident witnessing. They would have all been dead if not for malfunction of the explosive device. It is very handy when the bomber burns nobody but his own legs and underwear.

When was the last time you heard anything from Fox other than through TPM, Media Matters, Kos or HuffPo? Just wondering since you seem to know so much about them and don't make a habit of watching such a horrible bunch.

Just a casual search of Foxnew's website for the word alleged. I guess there are a lot of Harvard trained lawyers working in their newsroom.

In Fox's defense, they don't have anything against highly educated people. ALL of their pundits are highly educated with advanced degrees, liberal or conservative. Ann Coulter is a lawyer, along with Laura Ingraham. Marc Lamont Hill, a liberal commentator for OReilly's show, very educated.

I think they are angry at those who are implying with their words "Well, I went to an Ivy league school. Don't worry your pretty little heads about what's going on in the country. Just shut up and let us take care of it."
