It would be a real shame if Americans have to go into a gun fight against the traitors but we will if necessary. Like in Las Vegas yesterday, the terrorist killed a few lawmen but was also killed.
Get your facts straight please. The LV Gunman did not kill A "FEW" LAWMEN. He killed one very brave security guard / retired cop.
No, actually you don't lose it. As set forth by the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, free speech is considered a birth right and not one granted by any government, much less the US government.
You people are either to stupid to know the law or don't care. Try our your free speech, go into a movie theater and start yelling FIRE, enjoy your discussions with the police. What, you and some others do not understand is that there are limits to your free speech.

As I understand it, one has the freedom of speech and of the press to express such things as posted in the poll. It is a protected Constitutional right. However, once people actually take armed action, and if it can be proven that action was taken specifically as a result of said speech or printed material, then, and only then, does it become "Treason".

It's a pretty high standard well beyond comments on the internet.
Aaron Burr was acquitted in 1807 of treason for planning war against the United states by Chief Justice John Marshall who said that planning war was not the same as "levying it" (the constitutional requirement). So go ahead and plan away.
The last person convicted of it was in 1952, a Japanese-American sentenced to death in 1952 for tormenting American prisoners of war during World War II. Eisenhower commuted his sentenced to life.
Anyway, the absence of meaningful convictions under § 2385 has more to do with the lack of believability of the so-called advocates than their 1st Amendment rights.
