The head of the Malaysian Evangelical Church is a multi-millionaire with homes in multiple countries. I don't think he needs to worry about being vulnerable to getting killed.
Trust me, there are plenty of people already trying to kill him, especially considering the poverty in that region. Death threats are nothing new to him. I commend him for taking the high road and not trying to start a holy war like some in here would like.
