Yes, there are many things going on right now in DC, that are shady. Exposure has witnessed the fundamentally changing of the US Constitution. It will no longer read "WE The People" unless the court does decide. There are reasons the USA has been the nation others compare against for years. That is no longer applicable.

Hmmmm.

The so-called "conservative" Republican's are now depending upon those "activist" judges they so routinely disparage?

I hope everyone else can see the hypocrisy and irony in that.

First off, not all judges are "activists from the bench".

Secondly, this is how our system is set up. Would you prefer all-out anarchy and take to the street revolt? Please.
