Dubbya is safe from wayward shoes, and Barbara Bush will strategically be appointed Ambassador of Neiman Marcus, so she doesn't brag to the press how a tent city is an upgraded lifestyle for them. Diplomacy works if you work it. SS is authorized to slip her a mickey if necessary I heard. Unlike sanrene, I'm not one to start trouble.

Not really. The earthquake happened under Obama's watch, so it's his fault.

Couldn't stand his dad or him. But who cares? There isn't the luxury of a debate now. Those people need food, water and medical supplies to survive.

"More than anything else, however, where the Bush administration failed post- Katrina was not getting money on the ground for the rebuild until for almost one year post-Katrina. After the Nagin mayoral victory of 2006, he and the state attempted to get input from neighborhoods in New Orleans. However, there was one major flaw. There was three million dollars from a private foundation to help with the rebuild, the state had cut its budget by one billion, and no one was able to obtain the input from the émigrés living in cities such as Baton Rouge, Memphis, Atlanta, Houston and other cities. In short, the federal money for the most important piece of the rebuild was missing. So had approximately 13 billion dollars cash that was lost in Iraq in our nation’s attempts to rebuild that country after we pulverized it."
