For some reason I keep getting democrat mailings, and this last one was from David Plouffe. you know the democrats have to be asking themselves why they elected 0bama. This pre-state of the union speech pep talk from Plouffe starts out: (emphasis mine)

"On Wednesday evening, President Obama will deliver his first State of the Union address. It comes at a critical moment.

We must regroup, refocus, and re-engage on the vital work ahead. Wednesday's speech will be a pivotal moment for us all to get on the same page and continue the fight together.

We've hit some serious bumps in the road recently in our march toward change. We always knew it would be difficult, but this past week has definitely been a hard one, for all of us."

Just one year after the smartest person to have ever taken the oath of office, and the democrats find themselves scampering to salvage their sinking ship.

If 0bama goes on TV today and claims his stimulus plan “created or saved several million jobs", as he did on ABC Jan. 25, then someone may shout "LIAR!" again.

Laughter AT the Senators on the right would be more appropriate. Every one of them knows that just about two million Americans have jobs they will get up and go to tomorrow morning because of the stimulus bill. They didn't support that because they put politics ahead of the interests of American people. They all know just as well that the country is in desperate need of health care reform. They don't support that either, and again simply because they put politics ahead of the interests of the American people. Energy, immigration, regulatory reform...it's the same story. These people are a sorry excuse and poor imitation of actual political leaders. As if after the prior eight years we really needed any confirmation of that...

As I said days ago.

Obama will blame anything and everyone except for himself.

He will divide the country even further.

He will go back to the Obama campaign mode of I can do this and that.

Nothing but BS as usual.

Lets count how many times he says "I".

He thinks he will once again SCAM AND FOOL the American people.

Hey Barry, it wont happen again. You blew your shot bubba.

You cannot be trusted and we all know it.

And what is this crap he will be asking the rep party to help him pass things? The idiot and his party locked them out of everything.

Now he does not have the votes to pass a thing without the rep and he is trying to scam the rep and the people into thinking he is willing to work with the rep.

What a lie.

The GOP/conservatives are fortunately on the side of the American people. It is obama and his radical agenda that is bucking the will of the public.

Neither the WH or you can back up those bogus jobs numbers with any kind of evidence...at all.

He has lost 4 million jobs since taking office. That's an inescapable fact.
