He's a war prisoner, same as Hamas fighters who get arrested in Israel they don't really get visits from their families and they get tortured too, there's also prisoners under the age of 18, at least Gilad Shalit is treated with some respect.

Too; American Indians are about 1% of our population (I am counting people who self identify as such and can prove it--------not White or Black Americans with some Indian lineage) so it would be suicide to try something.
