Rahmbo IMO has a slight edge in final decision-making...
He pushes his agenda more...aggressively than the kinder-gentler Axel...

It's Axlerod, he has been there with 0bama for a long time, and he is 0bama's policy guy, one of his speech writers, and his damage control spin doctor for the media. Rahm is just his liaison with the legislature.

Rahm prob has the last say as to how to coordinate with the legislature, and which policies should be pushed thru in which order. So if we want to look at who is making 0nbma look bad, my vote is Rahm. But I still think Axlerod is much more important to 0bama then Emmanuel.
