I'm not sure if it's fear, political correctness or support for Islamic Jihad which leads CNN to play down the significance of Sidiqqui's Al-Queda link. In any event, whatever the reason, it's obvious that CNN is a willing participant in the war on civilization being waged by Islam.
CNN bases their programing on stories and facts that can be cross-checked...and that includes creditable sources that don't include blogs like you've just posted a link to.

Funny post of the day!
This is why CNN is at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to the viewers rtings. They will continue to sink.

Kids don't like eating vegetables either but that doesn't mean they aren't the best kinds of foods for them to eat. Viewer popularity does not necessarily translate to better quality programing.
It's a legitimate lead. He had ties to a terrorist network, but alas the more interesting part of the story for many is his occupation. This is true for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is the generalized interest people have in hearing that someone can have the intellectual ability to understand neuroscience while simultaneously believing the world was created by a baby conceived in his mothers side.
The passing reference to his loose/possible connections with a terrorist group are indeed the aside here. This dope wants a thesis on why terror groups hate the US as part of the story? Really?
It's always fascinating to see people literally manufacture their own reality as though it's self-evident. Picking apart national news networks is like picking apart Pat Robertson; it doesn't get any cheaper, or easier. And yet this blogger failed at that.
Screw him for wasting the three minutes of my life it took to dissect this non-issue.

Dumb analogy but you keep thinking that.
I can see it now. A group of left wingers standing in a parking lot looking at two restaurants. One is so busy there is a line out the door. The other is nearly empty. The lefties: "Gee let's go eat at the one nobody wants to eat at. Those people are willing to stand in line instead of going to the near empty restaurant. Don't they know that means they have quality not quanity?"
A group of right wingers standing in a parking lot looking at two restaurants. One is so busy there is a line out the door. "Gee let's go eat there! They must have great food! Look at that line."

On second thought you might be right. The lefties are like kids. They watch CNN, it doesn't look good to them but they will swallow it anyway because they are TOLD they should.

I agree. CNN has a diversified staff, exceptional programming, and more to the point..I can believe what they are reporting.
If people are watching FAUX News it is a sad testament of the society in which we live. Very sad.

A line out the door could mean they are running a two for one sale. It's not necessarily a sign that their food is any better quality than a place across the street. Five star restaurants, by the way, take reservations and they never have lines out the door for that reason. My analogy is still stands but yours has fallen down.
CNN has always had an anti-American bias and showed favoritism to our nation's enemies while insulting the troops. That goes back to when Ted Turner owned the network. Back before FOX News and Bill Clinton, the guys on the ship use to refer to CNN as the Communist News Network.
