You don't get it. The point of the stimulus money was to put Americans to work. I don't doubt the Chinese are building this stuff, but that isn't the point here and why people should be outraged at the completely incompetant administration behind this tax money.
For about 40 years people were yelling about offshoring and were told to shut up.
Reap what you sow. People want cheap..they got cheap. It just can't be made here in the USA anymore.
Just a couple of the Major wind developers in the US.. One French and the other Brit.....EDF is particular interesting do to the fact that they supply their own country with the majority of it's energy needs...uses nuclear power......

You don't get it, your tax dollars have and will be going to fund jobs for overseas companies whether it's "stimulus" money or subsidies. Why the outrage now and not before, it's the same thing. A subsidy is nothing more than stimulus money in smaller package. They are used to support highly unprofitable industies like wind and solar.
