Then they need to tell him it includes not talking without notes;the guy says crazy things when left to his own vices.

Funny thing about Biden is that the man is actually VERY intelligent, capable and experienced. His persona is a joke, but that doesn't mean there isn't substance beneath his blundering. Joe Biden is to words as Gerald Ford was to graceful movement.

Yeah, nobody can talk better with his foot in his mouth than good ole Gaff-a-minute Joe Biden.

It's like they say about a person that tries to represent himself in a criminal proceeding that does not have a law degree - that person has a fool for a lawyer!

That would be Joe - a fool for a president!

Whomever Biden was chatting with said, "It's like being the grandpa and not the parent."

"Yeah, that's it!" replied Biden.

Always nice to see Democrats admit to working hard..
Biden is just proving again why he is soooo not brilliant, and validating why anyone but Biden would have been a much better VP choice then Biden.

Biden is a saint compared to the scumbag who occupied the V.P. prior to him, and the entire planet knows this.

If only it was George W. Bush actually doing ANYTHING when he was President other than listening to his handlers and taking vacations in Crawford than MAYBE Cheney would not have ordered an unnecessary invasion of Iraq that has seen the murders of hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqi's, all who died needlessly in a cauldron of violence orchestrated by............you guessed it, the former Vice President.

It's a good thing when you have a President in charge, unlike the previous two terms under the idiot frat boy and Darth Cheney

Joe Biden is one egg short of a dozen and has been for many, many years. I think that is why Obama picked Biden for VP. He wanted a foil to make him look intelligent in comparison.

From the OP's link:
Quote:
"obviously joking, as any review of his schedule and responsibilities would make abundantly clear."

“In the last month, the vice president has, among many other things, made his fourth trip to Iraq since being elected, delivered a major speech on the administration’s non-proliferation agenda, produced a report on the Recovery Act’s first year to the president and played a key role in bringing about the president’s bi-partisan Fiscal Commission,” Carney said. “In the coming days and weeks, the vice president will deliver a first-year report from the Middle Class Task Force, which he chairs, and travel to the Middle East to meet with key leaders in the region.”
Does anyone actually READ the links?

Wait....everytime I turn around, Ovomit is with Michelle and the kiddos in Hawaii. So, I think there is ZERO comparison there between he and President Bush.
Now, as far as President Bush actually doing anything. I feel he did a great amount of good for our country under tremendous scrutiny and pressure considering the worst act of terrorism in our country's history happened in the first 9 months he was in office. Upon reflecting back on his first year in the White House, just in the last couple of weeks, Ovomit said that he wished he'd had more time to get things done, but that he was just too busy (paraphrased). Really? Well, I sure as hell should hope so, Mr "President".
So, back to the Biden's comment. He is just a product of his environment and trying to follow after someone who has no business trying to lead.

Yes, but that is a hopeless cause.

Really? Once before taking office and once during the Christmas Holidays President Obama vacationed in his home State. Hardly a Bush vacation schedule.
