While I don't support boys that young having sex I do see the need for this size condom. Saying it's for boys as young as 12 is probably better marketing than saying it's for guys with a very small penis.

While it sickens me to think of children at that age having sex I can take my head out of the sand long enough to say it's happening. I tend to agree with the PP about the extra small being marketed in that way so smaller men would not be opposed to purchasing them.
