The only place I've seen this is in the titles of the threads. I would think that would be okay for a title. I always learned to capitalize the main words of a title.

Seems to me the shrinks have a term for that habit, but I forget what it meant. I have a friend who does that constantly...drives me nuts trying to read his emails. Sure does slow down your reading speed...

I think what my friend here was trying to say is that some people capitalize the first letter of every word in a sentence, not just the first word, which is grammatically-correct. I'll agree that it is distracting, as I need to read something like that twice. The first time my mind is busy focusing on the blatant errors, and then the second time I'm able to overcome wanting to slap myself with a fish from brain freeze and am able to understand the thought that the author was trying to convey. I realize nobody is perfect, so I'm more than willing to just let these errors slide.
