Let's ignore every other "gap" like health expenditures, life expectancy, college %, and focus on pay gap and related ideas. Basically what it all boils down to is women wanting to have children, have work accomodate them, but then expect to be on the same track towards CEO as the man who worked full time the entire time.
The argument is flawed because it's based on stereotypical thinking...if it had been a genuinly well thought out opening post perhaps you'd have more people taking the question seriously.
Your "argument" isn't worth dignifying with any sort of a rebuttle. You should begin to make friends with your hand. Although threads like this make me think you're tired of it. Try going lefty.

So what is the argument behind why women think there is a pay gap and not enough women are CEOs? I'll expand, why is there no female demand for bottom end jobs, like demand, Why is "equality" sought only at top positions?

WHY do you assume that ALL women are planning on having children OR that male CEOs don't spend an extraordinary amount of their time playing golf?
It should be equal work for equal pay end of story.
AND I'll add that in "bottom end" jobs as you put it, particularly factory workers there is equal pay for equal work. It's called unionism.
Do you even KNOW any women? Let alone women workers, be they CEOs OR factory workers. I'm just curious.
Oh and HALF the population is female, so you do the math, it's REALLY not that difficult.
