Israel is a special case, where a wide latitude of leniency may be applied...
However, the Israelis have such an impeccable record of fair, just, humanitarian behaviour that even strict standards of conduct can apply...
So,do u accuse a sovereign state of...allowing a few darn buildings to be built..?
The next step is to accuse an Israeli soldier of...slapping a stone-thrower in the face...

BTW,I prefer open & hard core antisems to closet, soft & subtle ones...

As for US monetary support to Israel, just consider the billions of dollars the gov takes from the overtaxation by high rates of American Jews who are at the top income zone, millionaires & billionaires...
If Bloomberg is worth 16b,with 25% capital gains tax, ( & 50% tax for solid assets) his succesors will pay 4b+ in taxes...

As you say, American Jews. If they believe they could do as well in Israel they're certainly free to become Israeli Jews and try.

Why? Why shouldn't Israel be held to the same standard every other country is?

Israel certainly doesn't have a reputation for "fair, just, humanitarian behavior." They are second only to the South Africans in recent history for establishing apartheid.

So some new houses in Jerusalem are showing Israelis don’t want peace, but daily rockets coming from Gaza, and daily stone throwing, or shooting on passing Israeli cars going to work, driving the kids to school, is a great indicator the Palestinian Arabs want peace.
The fact they are brain washing their children to become suicide bombers is not an obstacle to peace. Just some houses on the Jewish Capital are??
Surely you are kidding me.
When the Israeli schools teach about Islam, tolerance and peace, the Muslim schools in All the Arab countries are not even mentioning Israel on the map.
You should look into some videos and links to MEMRI - The Middle East Media Research Institute
And check out what they teach and preach, and how The Palestinian Arabs systematically getting rid off the Christian Arabs.

I see that you get your news from some bias places.
What Apartheid ?
Arabs in the middle east can VOTE FREELY only in ISRAEL. (And in Iraq for right now).
Arabs in the middle east are free to talk against their government ONLY in ISRAEL.
In all other places they are thrown to jail tortured, and probably will not see their families.
Show me another place that have citizens who are wishing ill on you and still hold 20% of the position in the Parliament ?

Default Stoop down to their neighbor level???

What do you mean - "So it's OK for Israel to stoop down to its neighbor level"?

Do you mean beating women for going without head covering Like in Saudi?

Do you mean putting people in jail for criticizing the government like lets see... who does it from the "friendly neighbors"... Oh ye how about all of them.

Do you mean kidnapping people in the street torturing them, and hanging them from light poles, like the Hamas has been doing in Gaza, and the PLO in the west bank to their own people?

In all these Arab and Muslim countries you are not free to speak your mind.

How is Israel stooping down to their level?

By allowing Arabs Muslims or Christians to become citizens of Israel- free to be elected and vote??

Israel is a free country for all its citizen Arabs, Muslims, Druze, and Jews alike.

Arabs could vote in Israel before blacks could vote in this country, and black people did not try to kill white people, take their homes, and throw them in the sea like the Muslim Arabs try to do.
