Good, then you shouldn't have any problem with the current bill, which has nothing to do with a government takeover of the health care system.
1. Yes it is a government take over.
2. Every sane person should hate the current bill.
3. those pushing it in congress ought to be investagated for corruption due to all the dirty deeds being used to get it passed.... investagated and tossed in jail.... for life.... in a north korean prision.

Hehe, reminds me of that AC/DC song, Dirty Deeds, Done Dirt Cheap.
Less government interference is typically a good thing. They've proven themselves to be inept in almost every circumstance.
Man, I have to tell you it was all I could do to maintain my composure after leaving the tax office.
good grief how inefficient can one be? insane. The post office always makes me see red.
but both in the same day? egads!
I have decided that I am now a hybrid Libertarian/Anarchist!
Government run operations are under no obligation to increase efficiency and reduce costs the way private enterprises are by way of market forces. In fact, government outfits operate under opposite rules - "use it or lose it" - a government manager will ensure his entire budget is spent so that next year it will remain constant, or even increase. Over time this results in the most inefficient and costly form of business possible.
I shudder to think what will happen when the entire health care system is forced to operate under such conditions.

you are exactly right! my mother deals with government stuff. her best time of business is at their end of year when they have to dump what ever money they have not spent.
it is amazing. if they dont dump that money, the next year, that amount is deducted from their budget.
