Where? Prove it. Prove that our Constitution legalized the physical abuse of women at its drafting. Cite the Article, Section, and lines from our Constitution that do that. Prove that anything about our Constitution is strictly "Christian"!

Mossomo, everyone makes mistakes, but sadly ever since the Taliban were ousted violence against women raised in Afghanistan especially in the liberal province of Herat, First of all, today there is no such thing as women's rights in Afghanistan, their situation is basically got worse, and on top of that the situation in Afghanistan went from bad to worse since the invasion. Today a lot of women and children die from the US/NATO air strikes, and girls as young as 10 get raped by local warlords who dont even get arrested for their crimes just because they know powerful people, women today are prone to rape in Afghanistan because the law doesn't protects them, as for the education, a lot of Afghan families feel ashamed when they educate daughters, thats why it wasn't really a big deal to them under the Taliban anyways and you can't change this anytime soon because this wouldn't change either today or tommorow but it will take years.

The Haqqani group is not the Taliban, they have relations with Al-Qaeda, Afghani Taliban and Pakistani Taliban, they're pretty spread out, so the crimes they commited does not reflect the Taliban.
