Democrats are obviously excited about health care legislation, and Republicans are obviously not happy. When Republicans have control again, what would be highest on your wish list for major reform?

Try to name something other than, "The repeal of health care reform."

Without question, fiscal reform.

I want to see someone with the balls to stand up to the growing entitlement population in America today and tell them no more. It's time to hit the reset button on our country.

Short of scrapping the amendments after the 10th, we might consider:
Reforms:
1. No usury should be protected by law.
2. Limited liability cannot be legalized.
3. Money creation is the right of those who are the producers.

Revoke ALL entitlement programs social & corporate .

Revoke all health insurance, government and private, and go back to single payer as in the patient pays the doctor, period.

Revoke the ability for elected representatives to take federal money back to their states in a form that ties the money to any legislative bill.

Amend the Constitution to do away with instant birth citizenship. (end anchor babies)

Amend the Constitution to require a balanced federal budget.

Ban unions and "community organizations" from receiving federal dollars.

Eliminate income tax/death tax for individuals and tax based on consumption.

Put a leash on the executive & legislative branches. All legislation must be directly constitutionally based (rather than precident).

I'm content with the focus on the individual, so maintaining the current status quo under a conservative administration is A-OK with me
all these Liberal and Democratic reforms are too time consuming...don't YOU people have hobbies?

A serious attempt at reforming the spending and goals of national defense. Conservatives view money and national defense like liberals view money and education: the more the better. Of course, this results in a little boat of useful things floating in an ocean of useless things. So, since conservatives have adopted national defense as their baby, if they come out and SERIOUSLY considered ND reform, then I will gladly support them.

I say the same about liberals and their baby, entitlements.

Get rid of the IRS and go to a consumption based tax system instead.
