Who knows? I think an equally valid question is: If it's a close race and Obama wins over a white person, will whites riot - in particular, the Tea Party crowd?

Will the world end in 2012?

It seems that Obama wants to lose. Why should others be upset about Obama wanting to lose?

Ships all rise and fall with the sea - who's to say minorities will be happy with him in 2012?

Glenn Beck will cry. No matter who wins. And link it to Hitler and Elmo.

SEIU will and ACORN, in whatever new suit it's wearing at the time. And the color purple.

Would that be considered a riot or just whining? What if he loses to Hilary in the primary?

The only people threatening to commit violence are the teabaggers. So no.

If the defeat is fair, I don't think there will be riots. If however things are similar to the Gore/Bush mess, people might riot, but not just blacks, also more radical white liberals. Obama is not the president of African-Americans, but of all US-Americans. And in my view he does a pretty good job at that, he avoids being drawn into the civil rights thingy and acting as a kind of AA spokesman. And I assume a number of blacks are not overly happy with that if they expected some special treatment for AA's.
