That would be Clarence Thomas and his Teabagger wife.
You want judicial activism? You dont have to look further than the rubber stamp ideologues that are led by Clarence Thomas and Antonin Scalia.
Now the wife wants to be instrumental in the ideological disease known as extreme right wing conservatism, which can (and does) often use the Christian religion to justify torture, wars, murders, and election theft (like we saw in the 2000 election)
Quote:
We’ve got to get the Constitution back to a place where it means something . . . or we’re headed for tyranny.
– Virginia “Ginni” Thomas, wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, during an interview at a Conservative Political Action Committee meeting in February.
This isn’t Thomas’s first foray into activism. She has worked for former House Republican leader Richard A. Armey (Tex.), the Heritage Foundation and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
LibertyCentral bills itself as nonpartisan, while Thomas counts herself on her Website as among the "fans'' of radio's Rush Limbaugh and "intrigued'' by FOX News' Glenn Beck.
Legal experts are saying there is no conflict for a sitting judge and a wife actively involved in politics - until such point in time when the court starts ruling on cases involving corporations or interests financing the spouse's political organization.

I guess nobody wants to say. Is this guilt by association? And guilt of what exactly? Of being married to someone that is a member of the Tea Party or aligns herself with their mission? Last I checked, that is not a crime. Sorry, but your claims are bogus at best.
