With the arrest of a dozen or so Christian Militia terrorist that were planning to kill police officers, I am wondering why they are in jail and able to request attorneys and have visitors.
It seems to me that, in all fairness, these people should be treated like all other terrorist and placed in Gitmo and denied any legal representation and that they should also be tried by a military tribunnal and hung of found guilty. Why the double standard for Muslim terrorist and Christian or Jewish terrorist? Is it because most of the latter belong to the Republican Party?

No, it's the fact that some are CITIZENS of the US and some are not.

You have any proof they belong to the Republican party?

Jose Padialla is a citizen of the USA and he was put in a gulag for 10 years and not allowed to speak to a lawyer. But he was not a Republican! I guess the new definition of a US citizen is membership on the Republican Party.
Hamburger-Fries
Eggs-Bacon
Water-Ice
Christian Militia- Republican
From my (albeit limited) research on the topic seems to suggest the most of these violent militia groups tend to be either White Nationalist, general anti-government, or survivalist types. I don't see how that fits into the Republican Party platform. I may have missed the part about the coming race war or how the Republican Party opposes Freemason influence on the shadow government or its support for canned bean subsidies.

I'm going to ignore your Republican comment because it wasn't needed for purposes of making your primary point and only served to undermine your argument by reducing it to finger-wagging.
My best guess about the apparent double standard is that we are, according to many who are in positions of power, at war with Islamic terrorists. Hence, they are treated as enemy combatants.
There have been threads in this forum about how to label the Fort Hood psych who went psycho. This was a case of someone possibly committing a terrorist attack or possibly lashing out because he was personally frustrated, mentally and emotionally unstable, and had a lot of repressed rage. Had he survived, it's possible he would have been treated the same way that a "Christian" murderer is treated --- as an American citizen deserving the same rights as others who commit mass homicide.
Of course there's a reasonable argument that the Ft. Hood killings were motivated by the same ideological forces that are at the heart of radical Islam's war against the West, so it's not a simple case to evaluate.
In any event, I don't think your accusations of a double-standard hold up to scrutiny because you're comparing apples to oranges.
And don't go thinking I'm some conservative out to get you. I just repped you for an excellent post you made in another thread!
