If the GOP is going to get caught up in a sex scandal every couple weeks, don't you think it would be a good idea if they stopped referring to themselves as the party of "family values"?

I would like you to answer my question and ask again if everyone in your party is perfect.

You talk as though every time a republican gets cought doing something wrong that it means the whole party is doing something wrong.

Does your party espouse immorality, fiscal irresponsibility, family in-valuables? Are you saying that it is OK for your party to do bad things because they are the party of immorality?

Too bad they got caught and the truth got out. That was the sin.
Nowhere in the Bible is this form of entertainment forbidden - and this will be their defense.

"Where is it written?"

"Tell me, where is it written?"

The court of public, pubic and peer opinion will certainly acquit.

How exactly, does the GOP "get caught"? I thought it was an individual, or a few individuals. Democrats have never done anything similar? Individuals, of course. Pretty hard to get the entire Democratic party into a single night club.

Pretty hard to beat getting serviced in the Oval Office by an intern though.

The Democrats aren't full of extreme RW fundies trying to legislate what others can do in their bedrooms..nor do they claim to be the "family values" party.

When it comes to what we're discussing in this thread, the hypocrisy is all one way....

The GOP is made up of "party animals" - A menagerie in its most truistic form.

Hey, let me be the first to say, if you critize Michael Steele you must be racist. There can't be any other reason for attacking the man or his actions. What's wrong with people that can't stand to see a black (sorry, african-american) man get ahead.

Why wont you answer my question? Is your party the party of immorality so nothing they do is wrong? The hypocrisy is definitely all one way...

The difference is the (D) party doesn't rub their piety in the face of humanity. The (R) party holds itself up as the morality police.

Big difference.
