How do these people get elected to office?!

There ought to be a mental means test for every candidate. They should submit the results of their IQ test when they file for an office.

The last time this was posted, the mods deleted it...

I don't know why they deleted it as it is a REAL video of an actual incident. So notes to mods, quit deleting this!
