Stop putting so many people in for so long for stupid things like using and selling drugsor public nudity. These people are not any danger to anyone but themselves and it is a waste of space having them in there.
The more people we send to jail and give records to, the more people will become unemployable, the more crimes will occur, as when these people get out they won't be accepted by employers, and so will resort to any means neccisary to survive, which usually means crime.
The court system and cops have created, and continue to create a perminatly unemployable class in America...and as a result, crime will continue to sky rocket...
Unless you plan on keeping them in jail forever...the system is just unleashing them back into society to commit more theft and robberies...and more victims...
