The difference between Kyrkazyrkakakyrzakyrza-Stan government and the US government, is that our government cannot be overthrown. Nor would I want it to. I think Tea Baggers would be far better off just running off and finding some deserted island to call their own country.

If Timothy McVeigh was Obama's friend, why is the tea party having rallies on the anniversary of the Oklahoma City bombing?

I totally agree. Barney Frank and Anderson Cooper should find a deserted island to build their utopia.

First question is how did you get Kyrgyzstanian past your spell checker? I wonder what the previous despot did to get everybody so pi**ed off. I also wonder if the oil companies have already arranged to bribe the latest "President for Life".

This is one of the places we have no business being. We do not need a billion dollar airbase in this place or its neighbors. It is past time to leave.

The US government will likely not be overthrown. It will likely just dissolve into regions (like the USSR) or return to an Articles of Confederacy pre-Constitution position.

Despite Putin's denials this coup was probably backed by Russia.

We backed Bakiyev, because strategically we need access to an airbase in Kyrgyzstan to supply troops in Afghanistan. Russia's got a base there as well and in addition Kyrgyzstan’s neighbor China has economic interests in the nation.

It's strategically a very important place for such a small, economically weak state. And once again it looks like we bet on the wrong dictator. It will be interesting to see how this shapes up...Bakiyev rose to power in a coup 5 years ago among remarkably similar situations.

Oh wait, are we really not discussing Kyrgyzstan and just talking about more tired tea-bagger discussion on here?
