None of the four Michigan plaintiffs has private health care insurance, and they assert supporting abortion is contrary to their religious beliefs.

Eh, we have all been down this road before. If folks claim to "pay for abortions" by buying health insurance then they can't actually buy anything or do anything without "paying fo abortions" in the same manner. It's a dead end argument but people may not realize it unless they can think logically.

I agree and quite frankly, I DONT CARE if it goes against their religious beliefs. Going to war was against mine but my tax bucks went to it anyways.

They can DEAL with it or CRY (wah wah) about it.

Thank you to Judge Ceece for citing who-knows-what legal precedent using who-knows-what legal training. Who needs the court system? We've got judge, attorney, and juror in one complete package right here on City Data.

Considering they aren't paying for abortions this is a total frivolous case. Any lawyer who knowingly brings a frivolous case to the court can be disbarred.

As it applies to Obamacare? Yes, I believe it is the first time a petitioner has used this argument.

Why don't we wait and see what the Court decides?
