Ok, so I don't get it? Here you have a democrat, you know the homo friendly party, who is being accused of making sexual advances to homosexuals, and they railroad him out of congress for it. What a bunch of hypocrites, first he gives them jobs and then is criticized and canned for acting like one?????????????? FOXNews.com - Massa Directed 'Sexual' Conduct Toward Gay Staff, Attorney Says

What does the victim's sexual orientation have to do with being victimized? Or did you just want to get the thrill of writing the word "homo"?

Let's pick another hypothetical victim. Let's say that this victim likes all the "manly" stuff; coaching football, sports, dogs, horses cats, that kind of "manyly" stuff. Let's say that this person is groped and wrestled by his boss. Should that person not have the right to stand up to his boss?

BTW, if Massa were still in his House seat you'd be crying the blues because "Pelosi and Frank are protecting this guy".

Doesn't that make you the hypocrite?

For acting like what? Be specific. The man made unwanted sexual advances toward people who worked for him! That is unacceptable, no matter who you are or what your sexual orientation.

You are right - you don't. You apparently don't understand the term sexual harassment. You also don't understand that homosexuality does not equal sexual harassment. Furthermore, homosexuals can be either the perpetrator or victim of sexual harassment.

If you read the article, my point is summarized in the last paragraph.

Quote:
"There's no place in the workplace for that type of harassment," he said, when asked about the Massa complaints. "People go to work whether they're gay or straight to do their jobs, and harassment is in and of itself unwelcome and shouldn't be tolerated, whether it's with gay people or straight people."
