Most countries around the world now hold a positive view of the United States for the first time since the BBC World Service began tracking such attitudes in 2005.

The poll shows views of the U.S. have improved sharply in Europe, with Spain swinging into the positive column after negative views toward the U.S. fell 23 points, the BBC reports.
Poll: World's view of U.S. improves sharply, especially among Europeans -

And yet the Obama haters claim that things were better when most countries hated the U.S.

The belief is that if people hate you then you must be doing something right.

When did "most countries" ever "hate" the U.S.? If that was ever the case, why do so many want to come here to live?

Obama has "dissed" our friends and allies. How can it be that the view of the U.S. has inproved?

Obama is a laughing stock around the world.

Perhaps you mean the world's dictators have a more favorbable view now?

You want to read something funny....

These right wingers were arguing last week just how low World opinion is of Obama these days.

It's like nothing phases these zombies. They'll be 100% totally wrong and never once question their dogma.

How has this helped the US? Obama has had a number of set backs on the world stage. Improved world image doen't mean anything.

Ahh!

World opinion that holds the US in contempt doesn't foster sympathy for those that oppose the US.....like terrorists?

And an improved image throughout the World doesnt make international cooperation easier for the US to facilitate?

You're a genius.
