But the issue (of the article) is if the staff person who is suing for "humiliated, embarrassed, frightened, intimidated, subject to undeserved shame and suffered severe emotional distress" after being told not to serve the couple.
Is the hotel responsible for actions/requests of its customers or is it supposed to try and please the guest (the customer is always right) over any policies they may have in place to prohibit discrimination and harassment of staff by the employer but not of the guest.
