This may prove to be bad for Obama. Blogo has some dirt on Obama. He is now more likely to use it. And, I hope he does.
Bad move, Obama.
Obviously the "dirt" was exculpatory enough to be relevant to his defense, so I will consign this dirt to the same dust bin as the super secret soon to be displayed Michelle Obama whitey tape.
The article clearly stated that the judge denied the request to issue a subpoena due to lack of evidence that Obama would have anything to say that would be material to the trial. So, what's the big deal?
