I think Obama is a Republican in Democrat's clothing if you ask me.
He cozies up to banksters and big business and bills are all passed in their favor, not the citizens.
Agreed. Criticism of Obama should come from the left, not from the right. I really don't understand the hysteria in this country. I mean, I understand it, I just wish people were smarter than that.
OK the fact that Americans are nervous about the word "liberal" is not surprising considering that Fox News has been scaring the bejeezus out of people telling them that the socialist takeover of all aspects of life is imminent for the past year.
If you asked Americans, "do you want a judge that will keep valuable progressive civil rights, or one that will re-define 'corporation' as 'person'?" they would choose the former.
Can you define progressive civil rights? Somehow I don't think there is such a thing but then I am not a progressive thinker, either.
It appears to me that Mr. Ungar really thinks that that seat belongs to progressives and nothing else should be considered for it. I didn't know that any law anywhere said that such a plan exists. I guess I have missed out on lots of things that progressives think.
My hat goes off to you sir, for making me laugh harder than any other single post on this forum has before!
I mean, what has Obama done that was truly liberal? A true liberal like Dennis Kucinich was disgusted by the health care bill and voted for it because literally it's better than nothing and that's about it.
