Hi, we are thinking of purchasing a home in Vitalia, any useful info for this community would be appreaciated. Heard that the first builder there used Chinese Drywall?

I live there. The first builder went bankrupt. New builder AV homes brought any homes with Chinese drywall back to the studs and rebuilt. AV is now building new homes. We are happy with the home we selected and with the community we live in. Nice neighbors and the homes are comfortable to live in. You can select basic homes or go full out with all the upgrades.
