I was ripped off by my contractor. Anybody know where to report. He is registered plumber in St Lucie county.

The Better Business Bureau is useless, having no enforcement capability. Complain to the county if you have a realistic argument.

You might call the St. Lucie Building Department to ask where you can make the complaint. They should be able to direct you to the right entity (i.e. Licensing Bureau, etc.)

The BBB is worse than useless. Most trades, like contractors, are regulated by some Governmental agency. Call your local city Government and ask where to start.

If the plumber is state licensed you should be able to find him at the State of Florida website, myfloridalicense.com. Click on verify a license and if there you can file a complaint there.
