Well said PSL Water. PSL is fairly quiet for being a decent sized city. That's what draws many people to it. We don't pick towns to live because of popular steak houses. Tony Romas/ Peters are pretty good steak places in Jensen Beach.

Of course. That's why there is a choice. I can afford something better for me. I am not stuck in PSL. The population geared more towards fast food and jacked up pickup trucks than luxury shopping, dining or quality entertainment. Medical care is terrible there. Let's face it, it's a bedroom community and you have to hit the road for almost anything good. It's a town of bad service, limited shopping options, and rednecks with missing teeth. A beer delivery service or a mobile tattoo business would do well in PSL. Of course there are some professional people, but I am the only one I ever saw wearing a suit or tie during my entire time there. Many people are financially invested there and feel the need to defend it. I think PSL is quite overpriced considering the lack of infrastructure. As well, there is plenty of crime in PSL, and much of it is unreported.

All of this built too close to a nuc reactor which is ranked very poorly when it comes to safety. Ft. Laud has endless entertainment and dining options. Psl has low end mediocre places
+1

Cabela's
DSW (Opening in Tradition soon!)

Wawa (Opening in Tradition!)

Restaurants:
Chick Fil A
Cheesecake Factory
Hooters
White Castle
Culver's Burgers (Opening in Tradition!)
Red Robin
Bahama Breeze
Joe's Crab Shack
P.F. Changs
Pei Wei Asian Diner

For 25 years, most of these places have been discussed, but you will not see most of the higher end ones you mentioned because this is a blue collar working class low wage town. Whole foods and Trader Joes only open in higher income White collar areas with a larger per capita income population. You will also never see PF Changs or Cheesecake Factory for the same reason. Rednecks and blue collar workers prefer fast foods, ribs, and junk, and also lots of beer. Retired people are often on a fixed income and will choose Publix or Western Beef. Even Fresh Market wouldn't open there. This is one aspect which makes the area unattractive IMO. Apple will NEVER open a store in this town. The open in higher class malls in higher income areas; not in a town where the average wage is $10 an hour.

With that said we should just all commute to Palm Beach for entertainment and high end food?!
Port St. Lucie to Gardens Mall

Any time frame on when the Wawa is scheduled to be finished and open? We keep stalking that area LOL. We are from Philly and that is the area that they are based out of. Love their business model. Not to mention the subs they make are delicious

They haven't even broke ground yet! That corner is taking so long to grade, I don't know when they plan on getting started. It's ridiculous! I wouldn't hold your breath on it until middle 2017.
