We had a house in PSL for a little over 4 years. We commuted from Miami mostly on the weekends until we decided we needed to upgrade our Miami house. We loved it because once you get above Jupiter the weather and attitudes change. Say what you want about the area but we loved it and hope to return when I retire.

I remember receiving the warning notices from FPL about what to do in a Nuclear emergency. This reactor is in the bottom third as far as safety record is concerned. If you don't care about that and you will willing to sacrifice safety for a cheap house, then it's your choice
