I am interested in buying in PGA Verano, but since I live in Canada and do not plan to retire soon, I would like to know if it is possible to rent my property in PGA Verano to snowbirds. for 4-6 months a year ? Is there any link to rules and regulations or to the HOA website for PGA- Verano, Can you help?

I was not able to locate an official HOA website for PGA Verano possibly since it is still managed by the Kolter Sales team so I think it would be best to just call or email the front desk:

EMAIL: information@kolter.com
Phone: 772-345-5041

Normally HOA communities do not let you rent for less than 6 months

The seasonal renters usually want only 3 ..maybe 4 months at most- they also need it completely furnished including pots and pans, linens, etc. etc.

Verano's rule is: no less than 90 days and no more than twice a year.

I'm just about to purchase there to and ask the same question at the sales office. I believe they told me there is 3 month time limit but you can only rent it 2 times a year. I am waiting a response from the agent but will let you know what sshe tells me

Oh just saw someone had replied to you question basically that is what I had understood as well

Well, since Verano is still run by the Developer, they can change anything they want when they want. My quote was from the Verano office

Ok..I did just call the Verano office -- and I actually have a copy from their HOA. Not more than twice a year and no less than a 90 day period.

If you want me to send you the exact wording from the HOA rules just message me privately with your email here on City Data and I will be glad to send it to you.

I hope you do know that Verano is part 55 plus and part not. I also answered your other question when you said PGA and not Verano - but they are two different communities. Verano is pretty new and PGA is not.
