hi i want to move to maine portland so i would really like to know which are the best neighborhoods and which have cold weather. alot of gray days not so hot
. i would also like to know how much does a person need to live only 1 person with some luxurys yes
. I would also llike to know which are the best middle and high schools ? I would like more information from a insider because i have been there but ive only been a week
