Then let me re-state. The reason the climate is different around Intel is due to their blowers blowing cold air out. Which means, the air gets even colder around Intel.

How badly they're polluting the air, who knows. But then again, there's lots of factories, cars, blah blah blah polluting the air everyday. I am assuming governments still accept money as penalties versus cleaning up. I've just accepted this is the world we live in today. People would rather have their "stuff" than to have nothing. So we have to live with the repercussions.
