A person on disability is not similarly situated to a stay at home mom with a husband without a job who works security. To move to Portland metro without him having a job here is nuts IMHO. I wouldn't rent to them just because I wouldn't want to evict a family should the day come when they can't pay the rent/utility bills.

We agree.

I rent an apartment to a disabled Vet but he has VA and Social Security.
