Maybe upper middle class or better.

Does upper middle class = wealthy? I don't think so.

The definition of wealthy is a higher household income than upper middle class as the latter is still part of " the middle class" and wealthy is part of the upper class. There is not middle in the definition of upper class which wealthy is. Please stop with your victimization. Being upper middle class is the American Dream that people all over the world aspire to. There is great pride in being upper middle class as it requires hard work and dedication to be living that lifestyle.
