I am looking for an apartment, condo or townhouse that has an attached garage where I can plug in my electric car each night. Anyone know of a rental search website that understands the difference between covered parking and an actual private garage?
I am not looking for an apartment complex that has a EV charger that is shared. I need my own.

Thanks!

PS. in case someone asks, It could be in Beaverton, Tigard, Lake Oswego, or West Linn. I work in Beaverton.

Well, you can always use Zillow and look at the actual pictures of the house. I don't know what other listing services show pictures. If you have the address you can also look it up on google street view to see what you see.

I assume you are just looking for ordinary 120 volt service or the ability to install your own 220 volt charger and not a garage that has a high voltage charging station already built in?

120 would be fine yes. What you suggested is pretty much what I've been doing. It's very slow going doing a street view to see the parking.

You might try going at it from the other end:
OEVA: [ Home ] Oregon Electric Vehicle Association

I know they have a newsletter and I think they have a forum.
